ABOUT US

Established since 1999 we produce high quality litho print for a wide range of customers. We have gained a good reputation for reliability and quality, with a friendly service.

We produce a large cross section of print on our presses up to B2 size, with a wide range of finishes including perfect binding, saddle stitching and wiro binding along with die cutting and laminating and much more.

Our pre-press studio can check your artwork files and produce high quality colour proofs for you to check before we go to print.

Our printing equipment consists of two Komori Lithrone Litho Machines. The first is a four colour B2 (520mm x 720mm) and the second is a five colour B2. In addition to this we also have a Polar 115 Autotrim guillotine and a Stahl continuous feed folder. We have recently installed the latest pre-press CTP Technology in the form of a Screen Platerite 4300E including an Epson Stylus Pro 10600 large format Inkjet printer.

Our Equipment is best suited to short to medium runs for items such as:

Flyers, Leaflets, Business Cards, Letterheads, Compliment Slips, Posters, Postcards, Folders, Brochures, Booklets, Pads, Stickers

ARTWORK AND DESIGN

We accept a large variety of file formats including PDF, Jpeg, Tiff, Eps and many others from both PC and Mac. Although these are our preferred formats please call to discuss compatibility should you wish to use an alternative. CMYK Process Print can produce professional artwork for your product.
